How do I find the serial number on my E-Z-GO?

The serial number is typically found near the passenger side glove box area, under the charger port on an electric car or choke on a gas car.

How do I search for parts that fit my vehicle?

The Shop By Vehicle feature at the top of the page under the E-Z-GO banner allows you to search for parts by model or serial number.

Why can't I find bodies, cowls or batteries?

At this time, we do not offer bodies, cowls or batteries on Shop E-Z-GO. To purchase these items, please use our Dealer Locator to find a dealer near you.

I received an error when searching for parts using my serial number, what should I do?

This is commonly caused by searching using a serial number belonging to a vehicle with a model year prior to 2013. Please contact Customer Service and we can assist you in locating the year, make, and model for your vehicle as well as provide part numbers.

Can I receive a tax exemption for my purchase on Shop E-Z-GO?
